Every client’s needs are different.
While the core of our process is based on time-tested industry standards for print
and web development, we always remain highly flexible and creative in our methodology.
The four phases of our process can be viewed as a modular toolkit, and in fact,
it is our policy to adapt this toolkit to the particular needs of every project we undertake.

In the Scope phase, VisualNext gathers information about the client’s
business and their intended target users. The result is a blueprint
of all project features plus the high-level guidelines from which to
execute the project.
|
 |
The Design phase is intended to systematically determine and document
the specific details of every aspect of the project’s design and
functionality. This phase includes the development of product branding,
visual systems, site maps, process flow charts, use cases, prototyping,
and technical specifications. The result is a comprehensive specification
document that defines the graphic, interactive, and back end technical
components of the final system.
|
 |
In the Build phase, the VisualNext team executes the project according to the
specification document. Visual designers and design technologists apply these
specifications across all major areas of the project, resulting in coded
templates. These templates are then integrated with relevant back-end
applications, the system is checked for quality assurance, and the project
is prepared for deployment.
|
 |
The project launch is only the beginning of the Deploy phase. Following project
completion, VisualNext will provide knowledge and materials transfer to the
client team, as well as any applicable ongoing maintenance.
